Soul Haven already has something many businesses never achieve: heart, community, loyalty, and real impact.

The opportunity now is creating systems, consistency, and support so the studio can grow sustainably without everything falling on the owners.

This partnership is designed to help Soul Haven become more visible, more organized, more supported, and more profitable — while allowing ownership to be more present both inside the studio and outside of it.

Basically, once the foundation is in place, months 2 and beyond become the rhythm — a collaborative team effort with interns capturing content, me leading strategy and creative direction, and together maintaining consistent social media, fresh website updates, and thoughtful planning that keeps the studio growing while allowing you to stay present in what you do best.

NEXT STEPS

Since May is Soul Haven’s birthday month, it feels like the perfect time to begin this next chapter. The first step would simply be deciding on a creative direction/moodboard and selecting a date for a brand photo shoot — ideally an evening with beautiful golden hour light.

Throughout May, I would begin working on the website refresh, integrate the new imagery, and start capturing all of the energy, community, and special moments happening in the studio during birthday month.

Then in June, we transition into Phase 2: the ongoing monthly rhythm of content creation, social media support, website upkeep, and strategic growth.
